When is Pawn Expo Australia?
Pawn Expo Australia will be held on Friday, 18 September 2026 at the Sharks Event Centre, Southport, Gold Coast.
Where is the Expo being held?
Sharks Event Centre, Corner Olsen & Musgrave Avenue, Southport, Queensland.
Who should attend?
Pawnbrokers, second-hand dealers, jewellers, gold buyers, watch dealers, auction houses, suppliers, service providers and anyone involved in the industry.
Is the Expo open to the public?
The Expo is primarily for industry professionals, however interested members of the public are welcome to purchase a ticket.

What's included in my ticket?
Expo entry, access to exhibitors, speaker sessions, networking opportunities and delegate badge. VIP tickets include additional premium inclusions.
Can I register multiple staff members?
Yes. Group bookings are encouraged.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Subject to availability. Booking online is recommended.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes. Please contact the organisers prior to the event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please refer to the Refund Policy on the Pawn Expo website.
What time does registration open?
Registration opening times will be published closer to the event. We recommend arriving early to avoid queues.

Yes. Rick Harrison, star of Pawn Stars, will be appearing live.
Will I be able to meet Rick Harrison?
Selected VIP experiences include opportunities to meet Rick Harrison.
Will professional photos be available?
Yes, for selected ticket categories.
Will Rick be signing autographs?
Any autograph sessions will be announced closer to the event.

Can I travel by public transport?
Yes. The venue is close to the Gold Coast University Hospital G:Link station.

Please check with the registration desk on arrival regarding cloakroom or luggage storage availability.
Is the venue air-conditioned?
Yes. The Sharks Event Centre is fully air-conditioned.
What accessibility facilities are available?
Accessible parking, lifts, toilets and venue access are available throughout the facility.

Is there accommodation at the venue?
Yes. Mantra at Sharks is located adjacent to the venue.
Are there other nearby hotels?
There are numerous accommodation options in Southport and surrounding areas. Early bookings are recommended.
I'm travelling from interstate. What should I do?
Book flights and accommodation early. The nearest airports are Gold Coast Airport and Brisbane Airport.

What should I wear?
Business casual or corporate attire is recommended.
Will food and drinks be available?
Yes. Food, coffee and refreshments will be available throughout the day.
Will there be Wi-Fi?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available.
Can I bring my team?
Absolutely. Many businesses attend with multiple staff members.
Are dietary requirements catered for?
Please advise the organisers in advance if you have dietary requirements.
Will presentations be available afterwards?
Selected presentations may be made available at the discretion of the speakers.

How many exhibitors will be attending?
More than 35 industry suppliers and service providers are expected.
Can I purchase products at the Expo?
Many exhibitors will have Expo specials and product demonstrations.
Are EFTPOS facilities available?
Yes. Most exhibitors accept EFTPOS and card payments.
Can exhibitors arrange freight or shipping?
Many exhibitors can assist with shipping larger purchases. Please check directly with the exhibitor.

Will there be networking opportunities?
Yes. Networking is a key part of Pawn Expo Australia.
What is The Collectors Table?
An exclusive premium dining experience with Rick Harrison featuring stories, Q&A, photos and networking.
Can I take photographs?
Photography is welcome in most public areas unless otherwise advised by exhibitors or presenters.
Prize Draw
How do I enter the Cruise Giveaway?
Attend Pawn Expo, visit participating exhibitors and submit your entry. The winner will be drawn during the Networking Event and must be present to claim the prize.
